Threshold Homes is a lease/purchase development located along five blocks in the Cityview community of Lorain. The project consists of forty (40) single family 3- and 4- bedroom ranch, two story and split level homes. Project applicants must meet income eligibility and other threshold requirements. The ability to purchase occurs on December 31, 2011.
